A Blood red tear runs slowly down a pale face before landing in the
grey
ash, turning it pale pink.
"With a half-hearted smile
You were gone,
In a blink of eye."
The man remembers days and years gone by when the two of them were
feared
around Europe and their names were written in the blood of a thousand
bodies.
"And I don't know why,
You never said goodbye,
You were gone in the blink of an eye."
Angelus had turned her, but she had bitten back and he was left with

Standing up, he awaits the sun, a prickling sensation surrounds him and
